1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RetainRev's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Description of Service

RetainRev provides an AI-powered payment recovery service that integrates with Stripe to help subscription businesses recover failed payments through personalized email campaigns.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Fees

RetainRev operates on a performance-based pricing model. We charge 20% of successfully recovered revenue. You will only be charged when we successfully recover payments on your behalf. There are no monthly fees, setup costs, or minimum commitments.

5. Data Usage

By connecting your Stripe account, you grant RetainRev permission to access failed payment data necessary to provide our recovery services. We process this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

RetainRev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Any fees owed for recovered payments prior to termination remain payable.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
